PLANNING AND SCHEDULING

*We ill verify accuracy of Contractor’s schedule, review progress and maintain an up-to-date record of construction status.

COST AND FINANCIAL CONTROL

*will enhance and maintain project accounting under a computerized and integrated cost and financial control system, and shall track budgets, estimates, commitments, payment, invoices by line item, by contract.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

*will coordinate activities of all construction materials and equipment, Contractor and subcontractors, and implement construction management plans to monitor and control Contractor labor force, sub-contractors, suppliers etc. Continuous and unified management techniques will be required to manage quality, schedule and costs.

RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTROLS

SAFETY MANAGEMENT

*will continuously supervise the Contractor(s)’ activities in respect of site safety and the security requirements specified, and dictated by good common practice.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

*We will maintain current project documentation, including construction documents and subsequent addenda, and track submittals, request for information, and Change Order information and pricing.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

*will establish and implement a Quality Assurance Program during construction. Inherent in our policy there is a commitment for achieving the highest quality standards possible. Quality does not happen by chance.

SITE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

*The Contractor shall be requested to submit in advance a method statement for all major elements of the works. Reliance Company shall maintain a full time presence on site and continuously supervise the Contractor’s activities and those of his subcontractors (if any) for adherence to methods and procedures specified.

REVIEW OF SHOP DRAWINGS & MATERIAL SUBMITTALS

*shall expedite and track the Contractor(s)’ preparation and submission of Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, and subsequently review, approve, approve with comments, or un-approve submittals within 14 days.

QUALITY CONTROL / TECHNICAL SUPERVISION

*Wel provide and implement a Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems through the different stages of construction.

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

*Efficient and effective use of the new facility by Client’s operations and maintenance staff.

REPORTING

*Provides summary information for the Client review of day-to-day project events. Enables the Client to chart progress and confirm that it’s goals and objectives are being met.
